Areas of Practice
I practice in a variety of areas that are often similiar in nature and may impact on one or more of a client's claims and legal rights. For example, a client might have been driving for his or her job, when he or she was hit by a third party. The client potentially has a workers' compensation claim and a personal injury claim. Later the client may need leave under the Family Medical Leave Act and/or be terminated because of the workers' compensation claim or the injuries sustained in the accident. There are many implications to potential legal claims and your legal rights that should be discussed with a lawyer. Some of the claims may not work with another and it is important that any lawyer you hire know the law regarding all potential claims.
The links below provide my visitors more information regarding their potential claims. This information is not all inclusive and does not mean you do or do not have a case. You should not make a decision regarding whether or not you have a claim until speaking with an attorney. There are often questions that may be asked of you that enables the attorney to make a decision regarding whether or not you have a case against an other party.
